All of this with a view of Lake Michigan and Grand Haven State Beach! Two bedrooms, one with a full bed and one with a queen bed, and a full bath with a walk-in shower complete the second floor. The third floor has twin bunk beds as well as access to a private rooftop deck where you are sure to take in a beautiful sunset or two. Tenant responsible for all utilities and snow removal.
